🎭 Role

We are on the lookout for a talented UI/UX Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-centric web interfaces for our SaaS platforms. Your contributions will ensure that our solutions are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing, enhancing the overall user experience.

🎨 What You'll Do at MLNetworks

1. Lead the design and development of user interfaces for our SaaS web applications.
2. Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions specific to SaaS environments.
3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas.
4. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience.
5. Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across all SaaS products.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design processes.
7. Mentor and provide guidance to junior UI/UX designers and engineers.
8. Ensure all web designs meet accessibility standards and are optimized for performance in SaaS applications.

✅ Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Engineer with a strong portfolio showcasing web-based SaaS projects.
2. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
3. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
4. Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
5. Proven experience in conducting user research and applying findings to design solutions in SaaS environments.
6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
7. Ability to think strategically and provide creative solutions to complex design challenges.
8. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
