🎭 Role

We are looking for a skilled Product Designer to help design and enhance the user interfaces of our platforms. You will be instrumental in transforming technical capabilities into user-friendly experiences, enabling users to harness the full power of our products. Collaborating with engineers, product managers, and fellow designers, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our offerings.

💻 What You'll Do at MLNetworks

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our machine learning platforms.

• Work collaboratively with the product and engineering teams to incorporate user feedback and continuously improve our products.

• Develop prototypes and conduct user testing to validate designs and refine functionality.

• Maintain and evolve a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all products.

• Foster a culture of rapid iteration and lean UX by actively contributing to strategic discussions and product roadmaps.

✅ Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in designing complex software applications.

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

• A solid understanding of user-centered design and UX principles, with experience in designing for diverse platforms (web, mobile, etc.).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.

• Ability to manage time effectively, understand directions, and work independently.

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
