🎭 Role

We are on the lookout for a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance our machine learning platforms and overall business performance.

📊 What You'll Do at MLNetworks

1. Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
3. Collaborate with product managers and development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
4. Develop and maintain comprehensive business models, forecasts, and performance metrics.
5. Create detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
6. Identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure business success.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide insights and recommendations.

✅ Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role with a proven track record of driving business improvements.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
3. Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and business modeling.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
6. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
