🎭 Role

We are on the lookout for a talented Data Scientist Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive insights, optimize our machine learning platforms, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance our business performance.

📊 What You'll Do at MLNetworks

1. Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that drive business decisions.
2. Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
4. Create data pipelines and workflows to ensure data is collected, processed, and stored efficiently.
5. Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare data for analysis and modeling.
6. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
7. Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science and machine learning to ensure the adoption of best practices.
8. Optimize the performance of existing models and recommend improvements based on analysis and feedback.

✅ Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or in a similar role with a proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models.
2. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
3. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
4. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Pandas, Matplotlib, or Tableau.
5. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
6. Strong understanding of statistics, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques.
7. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
