🎭 Role

We are on the lookout for a talented Junior UI/UX Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and implementation of user-centric web interfaces for our SaaS platforms. Your contributions will help ensure that our solutions are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing, enhancing the overall user experience.

🎨 What You'll Do at MLNetworks

1. Assist in the design and development of user interfaces for our SaaS web applications.
2. Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions specific to SaaS environments.
3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs under the guidance of senior designers.
4. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience.
5. Help develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across all SaaS products.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design processes.
7. Receive mentorship and guidance from senior UI/UX designers and engineers.
8. Ensure all web designs meet accessibility standards and are optimized for performance in SaaS applications.

✅ Qualifications

1. 0-2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Engineer with a portfolio showcasing web-based projects.
2. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
3. Basic understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
4. Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
5. Experience or coursework in conducting user research and applying findings to design solutions is a plus.
6. Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
7. Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to design challenges.
8. Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
