The role
We're hiring an Account Manager to own the post-sale relationship with our customers. You will be the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts — driving adoption, renewal, and expansion across our customer base in MENA and Africa.
This is a commercial role focused on long-term customer success and revenue growth. You will work closely with our customers' executive sponsors, operations leaders, and procurement teams, and internally with our product, engineering, and leadership teams.
In this role, you will:
- Own the commercial relationship with assigned customer accounts.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customer sponsors.
- Drive product adoption and ensure customers realize value from the platform.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities — new markets, new modules, new use cases.
- Manage contract renewals and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer escalations.
- Report on account health, revenue, and pipeline to leadership.
Qualifications
- At least four (4) years of account management, customer success, or B2B sales experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS.
- Track record of managing and growing enterprise customer accounts.
- Strong commercial instincts — comfortable with pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and renewal cycles.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites in MENA and Africa.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Casablanca or Rabat.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience selling or managing accounts in telecom, infrastructure, or industrial software.
- Multilingual — French and Arabic are particularly useful in our markets.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in MENA or Africa.
- Familiarity with SaaS commercial models — subscription, usage-based, and enterprise contracts.
- Comfort discussing technical products with operational and technical buyers.
