FAQ

Questions we get asked

Can we run it for more than one customer?

How sites, teams and access are separated between the customers you serve is set up for each deployment. We scope it with you before work starts.

Does it calculate SLA penalties or invoices?

No. Billing and accounting stay with your ERP. The platform keeps the operational record: what was reported, what was done, when and by whom.

How do technicians record their work?

They submit the job form and photos against the work order. A reviewer approves or rejects each one, with a comment.

Where do we start?

Most deployments start with one workflow, such as corrective work orders from site incidents, and widen from there. Scope and timing are agreed for each deployment.
