Jawad Maaloum is the Co-founder and CEO of MLNetworks. He has worked for over a decade in the telecom industry, holding roles across both global operators and major telecom vendors. Throughout his career, he faced firsthand the operational and technical challenges that telcos deal with daily, issues that MLNetworks is now solving. That real-world experience is what pushed him to start the company.

Jawad brings deep industry knowledge, sharp problem-solving skills, and strong leadership. He knows exactly what is broken in telecom operations and where AI can bring real value. This allows him to guide the team in building the right product, shaped directly by the realities of the field, not assumptions. His mix of technical understanding and strategic vision is key to how MLNetworks operates and grows.

Khaoula Tanfioui is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of MLNetworks. She leads the entire technical strategy of the company, from system architecture and infrastructure to AI model design and deployment. Her work focuses on turning complex telecom and energy data into real-time, scalable, and actionable solutions used by operators across MENA and Africa.

With a strong background in AI and product development, Khaoula has built and delivered large-scale platforms in both the telecom and AI industries. Before MLNetworks, she founded Bots Factory, where she developed AI voice assistants and NLP systems for renowned enterprises. She combines deep technical skills with product thinking and execution, and plays a key role in driving innovation and delivery at MLNetworks.
