FAQ

Questions we get asked

Does MLNetworks replace our lease or ERP system?

No. Billing and accounting stay with your ERP. MLNetworks reads the records it needs and shows them next to the alarms, power and assets of each site.

Can it tell us whether a tower can take another tenant?

It shows the capacity and readiness records held for the site and lists the assessments still required. Structural analysis and engineering sign-off stay with your specialists.

Where do we start?

Most deployments start with one workflow, such as site power incidents or colocation requests, and widen from there. Scope and timing are agreed for each deployment.

Who decides what gets done on a site?

Your teams. The platform prepares the finding and proposes the action. A person approves or rejects it.
