The role

You will:

Support customer discovery and qualification with the commercial team.
Understand customer requirements and translate them into clear solution requirements.
Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Support proposals, RFP responses, workshops, and technical sales materials.
Work with product and engineering teams to validate solution fit.
Help structure pilots, evaluations, and customer success criteria.
Support technical discussions around integrations, data, architecture, and deployment requirements.
Create reusable GTM assets, demos, solution narratives, and customer-facing documentation.
Capture market and customer feedback and bring it back to product and commercial teams.
Support strategic accounts throughout the pre-sales and evaluation process.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, GTM engineering, product, or technical consulting.
Strong technical understanding of software platforms, APIs, data, cloud, or AI.
Ability to understand complex customer requirements and communicate solutions clearly.
Strong presentation and customer-facing skills.
Comfortable working with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
Excellent written and spoken English.
French and Arabic are a plus.
Experience in telecom, digital infrastructure, enterprise software, AI, or IoT is an advantage.
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
