The role
You will be responsible for understanding user needs, defining requirements, prioritizing work, and supporting product delivery from concept through release. You will:
- Gather and structure product and customer requirements.
- Define user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
- Work closely with engineering and design throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in customer discovery and product feedback sessions.
- Validate delivered functionality against agreed requirements.
- Coordinate dependencies across product, engineering, data, and integrations.
- Track product feedback, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Support product documentation, demonstrations, and internal enablement.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or enterprise software.
- Strong ability to translate complex requirements into clear product specifications.
- Experience working with agile engineering teams.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working directly with customers and technical teams.
- Experience in telecom, infrastructure, enterprise software, or B2B technology is an advantage.
- Strong English required.
- French and Arabic are a plus.
Location: Kenya, with regional travel.
