The role

You will be responsible for understanding user needs, defining requirements, prioritizing work, and supporting product delivery from concept through release. You will:

• Gather and structure product and customer requirements.
• Define user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Work closely with engineering and design throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in customer discovery and product feedback sessions.
• Validate delivered functionality against agreed requirements.
• Coordinate dependencies across product, engineering, data, and integrations.
• Track product feedback, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Support product documentation, demonstrations, and internal enablement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or enterprise software.
• Strong ability to translate complex requirements into clear product specifications.
• Experience working with agile engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and technical teams.
• Experience in telecom, infrastructure, enterprise software, or B2B technology is an advantage.
• Strong English required.
• French and Arabic are a plus.

Location: Kenya, with regional travel.
